I kill brake calipers

5 seems excessive. I would use a different rebuild kit or replacement caliper. Try OEM?

+1 on completing a full brake fluid flush too.

 

Are your brake pads or rotors within acceptable tolerances according to the service manual? Maybe the pistons have been pushed out too far due to excessively worn pads/rotors.

 

Are you purchasing the calipers from the same place every time? Have you tried an OEM replacement rather than a AutoZone/Advance Auto Parts rebuild unit?

What calipers are you using? Reman? New? OEM? A1 Cardone?

 

If it's the SAME caliper every time, it's unlikely that it's a fluid problem. He'd have to bleed at least that corner every time he replaced the fluid.
