  7. I’m pretty sure it will bolt up no problem. But you want to check the gear ratios I would bet they are different on 2.5i vs a turbo. Also check that the clutch is the same style (push vs pull). Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Check sway bar end links. They tend to clunk when going over bumps. On my 05 that was the noise anyway. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

When mine was done the dealer broke the connection off my boost gauge, told me they wouldn’t fix it because it was aftermarket, then gave me the car back and I found they had left the line to the boost gauge line open and was causing a vacuum leak.   10. I would agree. My turbo is stock. I had the IAG kit but the line was installed on top of the waste gate actuator (should go underneath it) which was wearing through the line. The OEM bolt will oil the turbo just fine (REMOVE the screen filter!). I just don’t like the hard oem lines. They crack and have no give when working on things. The NWRS line is really nice since it has some extra shielding. And in my eyes the more oil the better. You just have to make sure you oil drain is large enough to handle the oil. As long as you dont buy an eBay turbo or the likes your drain should be plenty large to handle the larger feed. I have 222K on stock turbo so I would say the stock size oils just fine.   11. Found out that if the oil feed line is installed on top of the waste gate arm the arm will wear through the line. Got the new line in. I’m much happier with it. I still need to find a small line to replace the worn out part of the feed to AVCS. But at least it is under the arm and feeding the turbo better. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  13. The larger banjo goes in the turbo. The AVCS feeds turbo and new banjo. AVCS get feed from back of head with OEM banjo (screen removed). From what I understand as long as the drain is large enough you cannot over pressurize the turbo. Pretty confident this will work. I would like the find a line that has the fitting the banjo goes into on both ends. That way I could run the line direct to AVCS and remove the T fitting. Does anyone know what those fitting are called? The ones the banjo goes through? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
