It will be around $180 USD for ground service. This does not include any customs or brokerage fees.

lip = $220 USD each
shipping for 3 lips is $180 USD
grill = $280 USD shipped
eyelid = $80 USD shipped together with the grill.

I will let you know about the shipping charge for the lips. I can fit up to 4 lips in 1 box so if you have 1 more member that will make the shipping charge more reasonable.
