I have not. I believe there is a special tool for pulley removal but i do not know.

Where are you located? Might be worth calling a decent shop. My shop of choice is DPS tuning in Gaithersburg.

Hey, do you have any experience with removing the the crankshaft pully? I have 93 Legacy that needs a new water pump. I tried using a vice grip style chain wrench and breaker bar, but the bolt will not budge...do you have any suggestions??
