Hi, I just put on the Racerx FMIC and solved a lot of problems but unveiled more. So I have a 2005 LGT manual wagon with a decatted uppipe and down with the stock exhaust (otherwise too noisy with the wagon). I have a Cobb Accessport with a TDC stage 3 tune and the stock turbo. Then I added an AVO mechanical boost controller. The car ran great but eventually I overwhelmed the TMIC and blew out the end. That took me a while to figure out but i think the boost leaks were saving me from a problem as they caused it to run rich. Anyway, today I put in the Racerx FMIC, found a few other possible leaks and the boost is great. However, in 4th and 5th gear it goes right up to 22 PSI and can then stutter and throw a fault when I hammer it. Talk to me about a tuning solution. I am totally out of the loop on Opensource as I set this up in 2005. I did datalogging at the time but I don't like complex solutions that start with, install Linux etc. Yes I can do it but I need straightforward instruction

Okay, I just can't get this thing to read. What I need is a ROM to test load and see if at least that part will work. I can log with RR. However, I have a ticking issue which must be resolved first be the stealer since the car is under warranty. It sounds like a valve issue.

Sh!t. I can't get this f'n ECUflash to read my ECU. It won't accept new defs. Run as admin, run in xp compatability, nothing. I'll try a few more things but I may just have to cop a base ROM for a 2008 LGT ltd w/ SI-drive. Lemme know if you have ANY ideas. As you know, Bryan's FMIC + pump along with dp and CAI are on the way. I need SOMETHING to start with. Thanks.

For my '08 LGT does it make much difference whether I use the ebay VAG-com cable or the tatrix 2.0? Also, if I use a Cobb dp, it tapers to 2.5. How much difference will a 3.0 mid pipe make? Because in that case I'd need the AVO which stays 3.0 the whole way. Thanks

Wanted to know if you could help. Have '05 LGT MT with Invidia DP, Typhoon CAI, and Borla CBE. I also have the Cobb AP V2 on it as well. It is more powerful but it has occasional problems. Occasionally just cutting right out like I am overboosting but with no codes being thrown. Just wanted to see your thoughts. Thanks and sorry to bother you as I am sure you are bombarded daily with requests.
