  1. Yeah, I may have to do a compression and leakdown on it here at work. (CBRD Speedfactory). They apparantly don't understand that we work on STi's and WRX's all day here. LOL! I'm going to see how they handle it. Wish us luck... I think we're gonna need it.
  2. thought I'd chime in while I'm still nice and peeved My wife's 05 LGT Wagon went in on Oct. 31st with a blown turbo(50k miles). The woman at Lancaster County Motors argued with me that it wouldn't be cover under warranty. I corrected her and we went on our way. Our Leg is *sigh* stock. Anywho.. fast forward to last Friday.. "Honey, the car is making that funny turbo noise again". WHAT?!!??! It's been less than 45 days, and under approx 1100 miles and the turbo has failed AGAIN! I just spoke with the woman again at Lancaster County Motors and she said that "an oil change isn't part of the service when a new turbo goes in"... WHAT?!?!?!? The technician "topped it off". Now with the car in again, it's 3 quarts low! In 1100 miles!!! Think something is wrong with the rings maybe? We've been going round and round on the phone. She's getting me "more information". How in the world can they NOT do an oil change when something that is lubricated by oil, fails? She also seemed stumped by mention of the TSB. Man, I'm pissed right now.
