  1. I hadnt even logged in for 3 years. Surprised my pics were still on the first page. Meh. Bye for another 3 years!
  2. You're welcome. Those blades are nasty!! Do you still have an uppipe cat? It might be breaking up and do it to your new turbo.
  3. You don't need to prime it again if you just pulled it off the car.
  4. Oil return first, air inlet last. I use a bent coathanger to pull the air inlet back on. The metal outlet should still be on the turbo, the hose should still be on the the inlet on the engine. Put the turbo onto the uppipe and slide the oil tube into the hose at the same time.
  5. Hello, could you posibly point me in the direction of a coilover rebuilder for MR's? Could I send em over to you? Do I need to send them all the way to Megan themselves? They don't seem to have the best customer service for the end user.

    Thanks!

  6. I did, it sucked. The pipe is being sold on Nasioc right now.
  7. I retorque everything with my precision hand-ometer. That and a small bottle of Blue Loktite. I know roughly how much torque on each nut and bolt because I have done this about 10 times. But if you haven't done this a few times, I would suggest getting torque specs.
  8. Yeah, but his pics aren't edited with MSPaint goodness!
  9. But wait, you mean to say that the uppipe will not come out from the top or bottom? I don't have pics of this, but, remove the nut(s) from the passenger side motor mount and jack the engine up a bit on that side. The uppipe will slide right out.
  10. Now remove the two uppipe bolts, lift the uppipe out from the top and you will truly be left with this. Remember the uppipe's lower gasket. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v334/wcbjr/DSC00445_2.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v334/wcbjr/DSC00461_2.jpg
  11. I believe the uppipe bolts can be removed without taking the O2 sensor out, but if you want to take it out, here's a way how. IIRC, that is a 22mm wrench. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v334/wcbjr/DSC00438.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v334/wcbjr/DSC00440.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v334/wcbjr/DSC00445.jpg
