Adding a K&N air filter, NGK iridium plugs and wires, and a fuel treatment helped me gain around 3-4 mpg. It might also be time to replace your fuel filter

I get around 24 city and 30 highway. I've used premium almost always since I got the car, mainly to keep the engine running clean. I do notice it runs a little more smooth using premium over regular.
