  1. Thanks bro! We still here. Sitting at 319k miles now. Going in for timing belt, water pump, oil pump, valve cover gaskets, and wheel bearing replacements very soon. http://i66.tinypic.com/2mgpdhz.jpg
  2. Everyone's rides are looking great! Update: Recently attended Subiefest so we got festive and dressed for the occasion! We did the Autocross and actually didn't do soo bad haha! Having chopped off one of my fingers the day before the event (seriously, I got the chop ), being on all season tires, no tune, and honestly taking it easy.... out of 38 cars (most were STI's believe or not), we placed 15th. We were the only OBXT out there as well If you want to see the videos of the car running at Subiefest, they are up on my IG: @tinkeringtolo http://i68.tinypic.com/fk5hqq.jpg http://i68.tinypic.com/nqb49c.jpg http://i66.tinypic.com/2s6odq0.jpg http://i63.tinypic.com/9bgcvn.jpg http://i66.tinypic.com/xoqmfn.jpg
  3. More recent pics from over Labor Day weekend. Almost at 310k now haha http://i67.tinypic.com/jgkxv5.jpg Valley of Fire http://i67.tinypic.com/fe11ly.jpg http://i64.tinypic.com/2qi6x02.jpg http://i68.tinypic.com/nxnxv4.jpg Death Valley http://i66.tinypic.com/sfyt1c.jpg http://i68.tinypic.com/bdo9qs.jpg
  4. Yup, the lgt shocks are up front and obxt are still in the rear. It's very noticeable in the front with the reduced shock travel and the car feels more stable for sure with enough roll in the rear that it actually makes it a bit easier to break lose if needed. I have yet to bottom out (knock on wood) and I've hit some very hard bumps with a full load of passengers and gear during multiple road trips. I removed the rear bump stops. I did not remove the subframe spacers. I see no need to for my application and she's been doing perfectly fine for well over 80k on this setup.
  5. And here is the most recent pic of her. Sitting at 305+k miles on the odometer http://i63.tinypic.com/bfqdzk.jpg
  6. Recently just rebuilt my BC Racing BR Coilovers. Front shock finally blew a seal after 75+ thousand miles. I ended up going with LGT spec shocks because I wanted to go lower in the front by an inch. http://i68.tinypic.com/fyed77.jpg Here you can see the difference in shock travel and shock size when both LGT spec shocks and OBXT spec shocks are side by side... http://i68.tinypic.com/152f9yg.jpg
  7. The results on the 2015 STI steering rack is major! Is it worth it? ABSOLUTELY! The steering response is soo quick now! Definitely one of the best handling mod's i've done to date. http://i65.tinypic.com/xciweb.jpg
  8. Renner Racing Development did a phenomenal job on the install! Just trimmed the ends of the tie rods to gain a few extra mm of toe adjustment. http://i63.tinypic.com/fuothc.jpg http://i67.tinypic.com/s4t4xl.jpg What a 300 thousand mile steering rack looks like.... http://i65.tinypic.com/ifsggx.jpg
  9. After the Star Speeder3000 was gone, it was back to business Picked up a 2015 STI steering rack. Whiteline sent me another care package to go along with the new rack. Roll Centre kit, heavy duty steering rack bushings, front strut bar, and camber bolts along with a pair of new work gloves! http://i66.tinypic.com/15dazq0.jpg
  10. Eventually, I had to hang up the Star Speeder3000 so here was the last shot http://i65.tinypic.com/2agonbq.jpg
  11. Out at Fremont Street in Las Vegas http://i65.tinypic.com/2z9bint.jpg Christmas Tree and hauled by the Starspeeder 3000! http://i64.tinypic.com/25hl2ds.jpg
  12. Before Subiefest, I attended 86Fest and actually won best Subaru Legacy/Outback! http://i65.tinypic.com/htba0p.jpg People were actually digging the Star Tours Starpeeder 3000 theme so decided to leave it on. Towards the end of the year, I attended Subie Invasion in Las Vegas and took home best Subaru Outback! http://i63.tinypic.com/28wozgm.jpg
  13. For Halloween 2017, for sh!ts an giggles...decided to dress the car up as a Star Wars/Star Tours Starspeeder 3000 haha! http://i68.tinypic.com/28jf50.jpg Attended Subiefest and somehow out of 5000+ Subaru folks, my car was the only few selected to be in Subaru Magazine of Japan! http://i68.tinypic.com/15yc6ko.jpg http://i68.tinypic.com/f07xxg.jpg
  14. Unfortunately, the aluminum expansion tank didn't fit with the stock intake pipe so needed to hold off of on it until I get an aftermarket intake haha!
