  1. Got done with the leak test. Only one leak by the BPV. Cut myself a new gasket, checked again and no more leak. Took the car for a ride and it seems to run much better. I think the biggest reason why is because my TMIC was leaking worse than I thought. Seems like it needs a couple hundred more RPM to get the boost up but I don't think that is abnormal. Still need to get it tuned but my laptop is down and out right now so that will have to wait just a little longer.
  2. It replaces this piece. The extra piece for the STI style turbos.
  3. No sweat. That was the last place I thought I would have a problem but the places I was worried about were just fine. I think I am going to do what you did with the timing cover bolt, cutting the cold side pipe and adding the hump hose connector also. It is one of those patient projects. I will just keep tweaking it a little bit here and there. It took me about 6-7 hrs but I was in no hurry. One reason it took as long as it did is because I cut a lot more material off than normal. Since I cut a big portion of the spot welds out I went back and welded the seams back together. I wanted to give myself as much clearance as possible.
  4. Another completely satisfied customer! Don't mind the dirty a$$ engine bay:) Only problem I couldn't get away from was the hotside pipe hitting my gtspec headers. I wrapped it with header wrap for now. Gotta fix for it soon. Other than that I love it. Took some patience but it was exactly what I expected. A big thanks to Bryan and M Sprank for this kit and all the help. Almost went with an AVO or Perrin TMIC. Glad I didn't. Finish putting it together tomorrow. Need another person to help me look for leaks. I wanna make sure it is good before putting it all back together. Tune time.......
  5. All I can say is DAMN, thats a lot of work. I guess before buying my car it sat ahwile because it had a freakin nest right under the intake manifold. Whatever lived there chewed up the wiring harness running to the throttle body. I bought the whole wiring harness off a wreck LGT and replaced that portion and I wanted to shoot myself doing it. And that isn't even CLOSE to what you did. Of course, I think the intake manifold is what burned me so bad. Felt like it took me 2 days to figure out about that stupid fuel line bolt underneath of it. You are one dedicated man my friend.
  6. ^^ I was going to say something earlier about all the blue. That is a lot of work to add all that. Looks good though.
  7. Nice right up. Thank God I don't have that on my car. I had it on my Cobalt but it was extremely easy to remove from that car. All I had to was take all of it off, seal up the electrical connecter, block off the hose on the airbox, and have the dealer uninstall that feature. They didn't really uninstall it, they just went back through the ECU and there was a question for you did or didn't have the air pump. At the point you just answered no. Well, there was the part that dumped the fresh air into the exhaust but I put a header on that blocked that off.
  8. Thats what I thought at first. But then I saw at the bottom............... Price is for the set*
  9. Does anybody know if these are really Exel TZ10's? I think they look awesome and my car is RGP also. I googled some images of the TZ10's to see what they looked like on other cars but for some reason they don't look the same. They don't look as dark. Hate to copy somebody else's look but D*MN they look good!
  10. Anybody with the 5x114.3 bolt pattern should check these out! PFF7's! If they were 5x100's I would be all over them. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Prodrive-PFF7-18x8-0-5x114-3-51-Bright-Flitter-Wheel-_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQhashZitem2a07c261f1QQitemZ180518806001QQptZMotorsQ5fCarQ5fTruckQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories
  11. What does everybody think about these? I think they would look great on my red '05 LGT but I am always nervous when buying wheels.
  12. Wanted to know if you could help. Have '05 LGT MT with Invidia DP, Typhoon CAI, and Borla CBE. I also have the Cobb AP V2 on it as well. It is more powerful but it has occasional problems. Occasionally just cutting right out like I am overboosting but with no codes being thrown. Just wanted to see your thoughts. Thanks and sorry to bother you as I am sure you are bombarded daily with requests.
  13. Please let me know if your still interested I took it off the forums ....I have someone else interested but im giving you the first chance..lmk
