  1. I checked my speed signal, its working perfectly. I think it has to do with the navi DVD, as Subaru forgot about Central Europe and I'm forced to use Totyota DVDs Maybe the file system is not exacly the same, and voices work differently than Subaru's (?)
  2. Thought to chime in the discussion, may help if anyone needs a hand wiring his car. To be short: installed EDM AVN HU into USDM LGT without any problems. Wiring almost matches the original connectors, had to split some for the INFO part to work properly. Now I only need to source a new instrument cluster, 'cause the trip info is a bit messed up, MPG vs liters/100km, fahrenheit vs celsius etc. All working fine, except the voice guidance, that may be turned off, but just can't find the way to turn it back (either can't find a manual for this HU) Also got the full service manual for this HU, with all diagrams.
  3. Thanks, that helped a lot! Update: case closed, everything works just fine
  4. Just got my hands on an almost new Kenwood OEM navigation set out of a European 2008/09 Legacy. Exactly like this: The good news: - dual A/C working - radio working - display working - navi working - DVD working The bad news: - the info system on fuel, trip are not working Got the whole car ('05 USDM GT) rewired this weekend, might consider the above functions as success, but really would like have it working perfectly. The back of the main unit looks identical to the OEM STi '08 navi radio: http://img23.imageshack.us/img23/9895/200809133747420906rc2.jpg The 24 pin connector marked with a red circle on the left is a mystery to me. According to the pin-out, pin 6 and 18 are wired to CAN signals (CAN low and high). I am thinking of, the main unit gets the fuel and trip data through CAN (??) I had a look at the service manuals of my '05 USDM LGT's clock section, but didn't find anything related to CAN or OBDII... Do we have CAN low and high signals I can acquire at the OBDII connector? Or should I try somewhere else? Anybody has access to EDM service manuals for 08/09 Legacy/Outback? Or maybe Kenwood service manuals?
  5. As groff said, if you're going with STi axles, you going to have new STi hubs too, which you can't install on a LGT. Or at least a real PITA. Why don't just use SpecB axles? Those fit perfect for an R180.
  6. Could anyone who has EPC or any Subaru OEM parts catalogue confirm, that the hood on the 05 USDM LGT is the same as the 07/08 USDM LGT? 1stsubaruparts.com has the same factory part number for both of them, but I just want to be sure
  7. Which one? W140007s are pops, M000159 are bolts http://kepfeltoltes.hu/071115/867840255Picture_3_www.kepfeltoltes.hu_.jpg
  8. Which one do you need? If you mean the hose clamp (F93105 on the picture), than it is 805931050 http://kepfeltoltes.hu/071115/51460222Picture_2_www.kepfeltoltes.hu_.jpg
  9. The prices are on the Japanese web site, but I've seen them on http://www.gruppe-s.com. Drop them a mail, should be around 2400 with shipping
  10. Hmmm...I thought it was just a Photoshop work... I think these are on the Japanese Prodrive site. The prices, more than I ever imagined
  11. Anyone any clue what these rims might be? Not Prodrives for sure http://kepfeltoltes.hu/070515/711639480Subaru_Legacy_07-1600_copy_www.kepfeltoltes.hu_.jpg They look real hot
