  1. Thank you so much for the front speaker spacers for my DB651's, they sound awesome with my upgraded 07 head unit, your thorough instructions were very helpful too. I bought them last year and only installed them last week, should have done this years ago LOL
  2. Forgive my ignorance, but if you go that route do you have to buy 8 of the new TPMS or can you buy 4 in addition to the OEM set and do it that way. Somehow I missed all of this...
  3. Link added. Sorry, I completely mis-recall the new FS guidelines. They make total sense but I just have trouble keeping them straight, forum to forum. I finally remembered to attach pics to my "real" FS thread this time instead of just posting img tagged pictures.
  4. http://legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php/wv-4-dunlop-signature-sport-tires-225-45-17-214009.html Sold sold sold Name: Patrick Location: I am located in Martinsburg, WV. That is out near Winchester, VA and Hagerstown, MD. I work in the Leesburg, VA area. Trying to keep it as local as possible but will ship at your cost. Means of contact: Price: $100 plus actual shipping. Any less and I'll just burn them off at an HPDE session. Tire size: 225/45/17 Tire brand: Dunlop Tire model: Signature Sport Tread life left: 60%? See pics. These tires came on a set of wheels that I bought but I don't need A/S tires. I already have a brand new set, so these are FS. I don't need them and I have (literally) 6 other sets of wheels and tires between my race car and my daily driver. I am running out of room. http://legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php/wv-4-dunlop-signature-sport-tires-225-45-17-214009.html Sold sold sold
  5. Hi there, I need some help and advice on speakers. I was gonna get some Polk MM 651 or DB 651 with your spacers but I have some questions on the rears. I have an Alpine MRP-450 and a Kenwwod KSC-SW10 but the rear stock speakers are doing anything. Not sure how the installer wired everything. Maybe you have an idea on what the installer did??

    Feel free to email j.bader@hotmail.com

    Thanks for your time.

  6. Not that LGT members would want to hear this, but I am considerig going to the dark side with a new 2011 WRX. I am not in a hurry, so may want ot take advantage of the VIP program, despite the wait time. With the last post being so old, is the info still accurate?
  7. Even if 1-2 of the sensors are good, that is cheaper than $200-250 for all 4. But I agree- if I can grab the receiver for cheap, I am in better shape than before.
  8. Thank you. Unfortunately, I have found that JYs don't want to pull sensors from the wheels, even if the tires are trashed and I am willing to buy all 4 and the receiver.
  9. I am a bit late to the discussion, but if I could find a TPMS receiver and the 4 TPMS valves all from the same vehicle in a junk yard, could I concievably use that whole set together without re-programming at the dealership?
  10. I am going to bump this, rather than making a new thread for a related question- I am at ~25K on my 08 and am still on the stock tires, which I rotate every 6-8K. For summer, I want to run some 3-season tires, so I am considering different options. I had an E36 with M3 rims, which are staggered. I sold the rims with the car (stock rims were on it, with A/S tires), and trashed the rears, which were useless. I now have 2 good (formerly front) tires with about 3/4 tread. A guy an hour or so from me has a pair of the same tires (brand, sizes, model, etc.) will approximately the same mileage. What is my margin for error as far as differences between the pair that he has and the pair that I have? 08 2.5i, if it mattters...
