  1. no it only disables the chime. It's in the service manual as the way to do it, no worries.
  2. finished the install...piece of cake. I posted up a review and a video of the operation if anyone is interested. So far, thumbs up to the Leptronix Aux-in. http://legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php?p=2542067
  3. my Leptronix Aux-In came in today, fast shipping from CA. I'll let everyone know how the install goes.
  4. Sebastien, a few questions. 1) So once the board is installed and as long as the switch is on 'Auto' or 'On' whatever is playing over the aux-in will play? Basically, all I listen to is my iPod, so I want to hear that whenever I start the car without having to press ANY buttons. 2) Does the unit actually switch the sources? i.e. If I am listening to the radio and start playing something over the aux-in does the radio stop playing, or do you get both sources unless you switch the headunit to CD or something? 3) Is the remote switch removable? If it's removed what 'mode' (Auto/On/Off) is the aux-in unit in? 4) Is there a signup list for ordering? What's the process? Sorry if some of this is in the french manual
  5. As long as RedFloyd stands behind his product I'm not concerned about vendor status. I don't think the $70 would change anything. I'm just excited to try this out! keep us posted RedFloyd.
  6. Interested as well, would like to see an english manual first, but this sounds like an awesome design.
  7. yeah i'd imagine with the the class time it will be pretty boring. but props to her for wanting to come. my wife wouldn't come if i paid her.
  8. ^ sounds like it's time for some MR Coilovers...i'm still on the fence, damn it.
  9. if only 1, i'd definitely go tires! it'll improve braking and cornering. i'm on Falken 912's right now. much better better than re92s, but that's all i have to compare them too on the obxt.
  10. i'm going for the beginner group and with the OBXT i'll just hang out in the rear with my pogo suspension and tiny brakes I'll be upgrading the pads, but still not sure about going to coilovers yet.
  11. i signed up for the first session, will be the first time to have the car on a track. i am pretty excited, i signed up last year, but wasn't able to make it. hopefully coilovers are in my future.
  12. and safer....IMO. Not saying this method is dangerous, but at least the click method is in the service manual.
