  1. Just sold 03 jetta 5 speed wagon, back in the subaru game, picking up 2011 Outback 6 speed, my friend bought it off craigslist not running, timing belt snapped 4 bent valves, anyways a bunch of work later head gasket/water pump/new valves/timing belt. I have myself a 6 speed Outback. I'm going to do the rear sway bar 24mm whiteline, Also want to do some lowering without having to use strut/spring spacers and not have a weird rake. Anyone run the shift springs ,, im open to suggestions, prefer to not do the lego thing.. for the time being keep the struts on the vehicle
  2. Wish there was more on lifting Subarus, I always lowered my subarus, I decided to go the opposite direction with my 96 L (Section on turing your L into outback ride height, still poking around threads.
  3. Please list the lift components, you have and tire size. Anyone with the forester suspension also running the forester front crossmember spacers and forester specific transverse link. I actually removed the spacer on my 04 XT but the XT is lowered
  4. Haven't had alignment issues (yet) , I have just seen other subarus on the alignment machine w/ issues. I want to put in outback rear crossmember spacers with the outback trailing arm spacers. Will i need the lift blocks under the rear tophats? I am uncertain about the size of the outback tophats versus the wrx tophats I have.
  5. Was wondering because I have frankenstein mix and match subarus suspension which are a nightmare to align, I guess in your case your using all parts with the same track, I want to do something similar to you on my 96L , I have 04wrx shocks and springs front and rear, the front looks lifted with the wrx setup in, now I am focusing on the rear.
  6. just wondering with lift were you able to do a proper alignment? do you have alignment numbers?
