  1. Big maintenance day. Fresh cocktail in the 5 speed 2.5 qts motul 300 75/90 and a qt of shockproof. This 5 speed just keeps on going. It will die someday and I’ll finally put the 6 speed in. Motul 300ls in the rear end, 600 for the brakes, and 5w40 competition for the motor. Then I took it up to get some juice. Track on Friday! Such a fun wagon.
  2. Poor workmanship with a razor blade. That light had some weird rtv seal around it from po and during the wrap we accidentally cut all the way around the rtv seal.
  3. Getting the Camel ready for a track day next Friday. Excited to see how it does with the new Haltech! Auto X a few weeks ago went great. Will be doing fresh fluids all around. Oil, trans, dif, and brakes. Could probably use a more aggressive alignment but won’t have time before Friday. Next time.
  4. Camel is finally home! Entirely new fueling with surge tank mounted in the spare tire well, Haltech, and much more. Really really pleased with the power and street ability/tun-ability. 435whp/420wtq on E60. Push to pass, rolling antilag. Going to be so great on track!
  5. Finally some progress on the Camel. Been quite the project. First USDM legacy on a Haltech 2500 we believe. Can’t wait to drive the finished product! https://www.instagram.com/reel/C13Ay_pJd-T/?igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==
  6. Always sad to see another RBP wagon meet its demise. What a bummer.
  7. Oct 7th is Tour De Forest Rally in Shelton. 29th in Bellingham I could potentially make .
  8. I’ll be there. But the Camel won’t. It’ll be a month before I get it back. I’ve been scheduled for this drop off since April. It’ll be worth it. I’ll probably be driving my car barn mates Rolls Royce wagon to Wagonfest. So that’ll be fun.
  9. Dropped the car off for a Haltech stand alone and a host of other goodies. Super excited to get it back.
  10. Trying to make it out for one more day before the car goes in for some upgrades. It’s amazing on the slicks. Punches well above its family wagon roots!
  11. Unfortunately out of town! Ill make the next one.
  12. Hoosier A7. They get greasy after about 8-9 laps. I think I can get 4 days from a set. They wear pretty fast. I’ll get the R7 next time. A set of those should last a whole season.
  13. Another track day for the Camel wagon. Love this car. Unreal on the slicks. Need to do more for oil cooling though. Perrin oil cooler be damned. I suspect I’m going to ditch this killer b header soon. It is massive and just bakes the oil pan and oil filter. Switch back to my AP header with much more clearance. Chasing down a PDK GT4. Don’t mind that oil temp warning.
