Not sure what that is, but I don't think it is a legacy. My first thought was Suzuki Esteem wagon, but the C pillar is different.
Spotted this work of art around Fremont Blvd.:

If you're willing to forgo the AWD, you could engage the FWD fuse in the engine bay. I haven't checked if it makes a huge difference (if at all) in MPG, but try it out maybe if you're feeling adventurous.

Pretty chill, everyone acts mature (at least mature enough) so the businesses don't mind us being there.

I'm averaging a little over 21 mpg on the streets and I can get as much as 31 mpg (!!!) when I drive gingerly on the highway. I actively monitor my mpg using the app 'Dash' which uses an OBDII reader to monitor your driving habits. I'm sure without the app, I'd probably closer 26 mpg. Running totally stock on a 2000 Legacy GT wagon.

Spotted a first gen Legacy wagon on 880S around Milpitas at 1:20-ish PM. I was going to wave, but then I saw it was RHD! (not sure he saw me because of that; I was on his left)
