  1. Yeah, we're gonna need a write-up on what he fiddled.
  2. How? There is no bulb to replace. The LED is integrated into the headlight. If you wanted to remove the LED you will need to disassemble the headlight, remove the LED projector from the headlight, install an HID projector, wire in ballasts, etc.
  3. The 2018 3.6R comes standard with steering responsive bi-LED (low beam and high beam in one module) headlights. You cannot change them.
  4. I'm holding on to the OEM aluminum LCAs just in case the Mevotechs wear out quickly.
  5. Wouldn't it make sense that the FA20* would fit in the same space as the EJ20/EJ25*? The FA20F specifically is a 2015+ WRX engine, right? And the 2015+ STI, which uses the EJ257, uses the same body and chassis that the WRX uses, so it would make sense it would physically fit. Also, https://www.carthrottle.com/post/this-300bhp-wrxengined-brz-is-the-car-we-wish-subaru-would-make/
  6. I regularly see a slammed ABP 4th gen sedan on 286 in the mornings. I've tried waving, but I guess my spec b just looks like a Camry or something.
  7. That rear control arm bushing (the larger one) looks exactly the same as the one that came stock on my Spec B which is why I opted for the Mevotech arms - the bushings look more substantial than the stock (and MAS) bushings. If these bushings wear out <100,000 miles, then I'll spring for the Whiteline or another bushing with added caster.
  8. I have a Spec B and installed the Mevotech arms. I can't tell a difference aside from new bushings and ooooh shiny.
  9. You're correct. Left and right arms have different part numbers.
  10. I installed the Mevotech control arms over the weekend. Install went well (on the arms...) and steering feel is much improved. Also, the weird knocking noise from the front of the car I had while going over bumps is nearly completely gone. I guess it was a loose endlink? I couldn't tell any difference in quality between the Mevotech control arms and the stock Spec B control arms. They're both cast aluminum, but the Mevotech control arms have beefier bushings without the voids that the stock one has. Install note: get the Company23 ball joint removal tool. At $80, it cost nearly as much as a Mevotech control arm, but it makes removing the ball joints from the knuckle a simple job.
