  1. I seem to have the same issue as you two. Mostly stock with a BNR 16g and an Infamous 1 tune. Anyway, I get boost up to but not to exceed about -1 psia. With my tune I should hit +15 psia. I haven't dug around too much, but I do have an oil leak on the turbo oil outlet hose. I loose a quart every 800 to 1200 miles because of the leak. I will have to pull the turbo to fix that. I'm hoping something jumps out at me when I get around to pulling the turbo.
  2. Awesome write up. Thanks a bunch. I did this today, after reading through your step-by-step, and I didn't even have to refer back to it. I had my brother to help, and an extra set of hands made things go much smoother. We will do my brother's over Christmas (also an '05 LGT LTD), and we are going to try to set a record. Just a note. Getting the pulley off is the hardest part. Impact wrench wouldn't fit. We borrowed my dad's BIIIIG pipe wrench. I think the handle is 3 feet long (no joke). We wrapped the old belts around the pulley to protect it and held it in place with the pipe wrench and broke the bolt loose with a cheater bar. I know most people don't have access to a pipe wrench that big, but if you do, it works like a charm.
  3. Thanks for the write up. Very helpful. I'm halfway through this process. Pulled out the old turbo today. Toast... Waiting on parts from BNR and Infamous now. As soon as they are here, we'll give it a whirl. Oh, and the Turbo Inlet Hose has seen better days. Anyone out there have a used OEM that they would like to sell me?
