  1. An important difference between JDM Subaru motors and USDM motors are the cam sensors and the placement of those sensors as well. JDM cam sensor sends a sine wave and USDM is hall effect. You could swap the USDM cams in, but the placement of the sensor will need to be modified in the heads using a Dremel of some sort to move the sensor directly over the trigger.
  2. Inspect the pass through wiring for the DCCD on the transmission (Passenger side just forward of the tail shaft housing. If that's good, then I would move on to checking resistance through the coil for the DCCD via that same wiring. Are you running a DCCDpro or MapDCCD? Yes, if the DCCD isn't wired correctly or if its fried it'll be open. What you can do is go to a parking lot and put in Manual and full lock, turn your steering wheel (left or right full lock) and give it some gas. For "auto" it can be a little more involved with detective work. The car should buck and scuff the tires. If it doesn't its not functioning correctly, more so, the center diff may need to be rebuilt (new clutch pack). Hope this helps.
  3. Congrats! Thats awesome, I want one of these too, but with the 7.3...
  4. Adan is the man. I have taken my Subarus to him whenever I did not have the time to work on them, and he has always given me a decent price.
  5. Great taste in wheels! Love those Prodrive wheels hard to find these days.
  6. These Legacies are really starting to grow on me, gorgeous Leggy.
