Two reoccurring Spec bee's in Chico. A dgm with red int. and a bsm on blue, I think. Any owners here?

I thought I saw your spec rolling around in chico. However you didn't see me, I have a white 08 legacy unturbo'd. I have yet to see a lowered white LGT in chico.

I was driving down I-5 thursday at about 5:00 around redding, doing about 80 and was passed by silver 08 Legacy doing at least 100. Any one? I have a 08 satin white legacy.
