  1. I did the same thing with my car and the misfire ended being a burnt valve. I had used BG 44K after replacing injectors, plugs and coils and it worked for about a month or so and the CEL came back again and ran worse than ever. I hope for your sake the 44K is a permanent solution because a burnt valve is a friggin' large expense.
  2. If you did all of that and are still getting a misfire it's most likely the injector or you might have valve issues. Have them do a compression test and see what it comes in at.
  3. I should note that I changed the injector and ignition coil during that 34k and the check engine light stayed off for roughly 3,000 miles with each part replacement and came back on again.
  4. Getting the engine pulled tomorrow by the dealer as I either have a burnt valve or ring failure. I have been getting a cylinder misfire since about 70k and am at 104k now. I was at 10 psi in cylinder #2. Needless to say, I love this car but this seems to be a common problem and it's a MAJOR one! I won't be buying another Subaru after this I can guarantee you that!
  5. Having a misfire in cylinder #2. I just replaced the injector as that seems the most common issue but its still running the same. It's shaky at idle and almost stalls when I stop once in a while. Any ideas what I should replace next? What is the IC?
  6. I did this yesterday and there wasn't even a filter! WTF is up with that? Drunk workers on the assembly line?
  7. I was one of the people that had the problem with the 12V interfering with my sat radio. Sebastien did fix it, however, there is still a pretty loud interference noise coming from the alternator and through the speakers and I don't know why. I have to keep the volume level on my sat radio pretty low and turn my HU volume up to 30-35 to listen to it. If I turn my sat radio volume up past the halfway point or so my speakers start popping. Apparently I am in the minority though. This means that my music has very little bass and I can't turn up songs that I like really loud. Sebastien did fix it free of charge, but it's still not perfect. It works great with an ipod though!
  8. I installed my switch in the cigarrette lighter. It fits perfectly, looks good, and is by far the easiest way to install it.
  9. As did I, I won't have time to install it this weekend though . I was praying to get it by Friday because of the holiday weekend but what can you do. I can't wait to get this puppy installed!
  10. I must have this. PM sent.
