I ordered a similar grill insert. I stopped at a local body shop today to price out having the outer section of the grill painted to match, and also have the front bumper painted (tons of rock chips from PO). I was told they weren't sure if they could paint the chrome without it peeling, and it would cost $500 to paint the bumper if I remove it and bring them just the cover. that was much more than I expected!!! Has anyone had paint work done on their RRP? Does that sound right or are they ripping me off? I've had work done there before, that's why I went back. Also any issues with paint chipping off the painted section of the grill? Thanks

Don't worry subielove, I just ordered a set (and grill inserts) for my LGT, I'll represent CT with my hole in the hood!!
