UPDATE: Installed the coilovers over the weekend and here are a few key takeaways:
1) Rear coilovers bolt up just fine, but they require to be adjusted to max lowered height (both spring and body) to match the height that the front sits at with the factory settings. I am not sure if the WRX has a deeper rear strut tower that requires more length, but this can be corrected with a shorter coilover spring than the 8" the kit brings (6" or 7" perhaps)
2.) Front strut camber plate mount MUST be swapped to 06-07 WRX. The seller was able to swap these out without any hassle, and gave me a full refund when I returned the original 08-14 WRX plates that came with the kit.
3.) Front lower strut mount had to be re-slotted in the Legacy's bolt circle. This was the most painful modification of all, since it required invasive, drilling and machining of the lower mount to accept the legacy's narrower bolt circle. I am not sure if any other model year WRX's have a matching lower front strut mount to the 5th gen legacy, but it would not hurt to find out. maybe the 06-07 strut fits 100% and therefore could make the entire job much easier (Just order 2EA Front 06-07 WRX units, and 2EA Rear 08-14 WRX Units).
4.) Ride quality is pretty good for a -$400 set of full coilovers. The spring rate is 8K all around, and the struts are about medium to medium hard in the stiffness category. Little to no bouncing at all, and even on crappy roads, the car always feels in control. I will obviously report back in 6 months and then one year to provide feedback on how they are holding up, but for now I love them. Perhaps might be able to set up a group buy if we can determine the lower front mount situation.
