its an auto. i know i know lame... its my gf's car i drive an 01 jetta vr6 stick we just bought it last week and are fixing it up. it was thrashed so we are trying to bring her back to life. but she shifts just fine! no slipping or anything go's into gear right away too. I have faith in subies now. after this car being thrashed and running as good as it does im a believer lol

ya lol it is the 2.2 which must be a good motor from the sounds of it. Im new to all this but im trying to learn how to work on the beast!

haha im on 226k! not leaking yet... probably need new gaskets soon!
