Hmm, ok. Without asking you to divulge too much information, is it possible to de-solder the interface board easily without damage?
(Of course, I don't even want to think about the LCD and the rest of it just yet... )
Andy, how hard would it be to change the LEDs around the pivot point to white?
I would like to do that to mine, is the pcb easily accessible to de solder them? Also what voltage do the red LEDs consume?
My temperature readout went funny yesterday. It's reading 125 degrees C but fluctuates like it's flashing between working (35 degrees) and faulty.
On another note - how heat resistant is the wiring and sensor? I'd like to relocate it to wedge in between intercooler fins to get some more realistic and usable temp feedback.
I'm almost certain that the tunes by STi doesn't have any different hardware in the gearbox. I think it's part of the ECU tune (ie line pressure) rather than TCU.
Really? We are talking a out the mode where you swipe the three touch buttons down, right? I tried it last night and it all turned off, I'm sure of it. I'll check it again tomorrow.
I have a few suggestions :
* can we get a white LED marker at the 0psi vacuum mark?
* ability to turn off OLED but keep the bar LEDs on. Something like a second blackout function?
* ability to set OLED timeout to 0 seconds, i.e. Just turn on for boost activity and turn off straight after
