  1. black lgt saturday in CT, forget what highway, but I was in the Evo and we were cruising together for a while, you had quad exhaust and lowered, you'll know who you are if you see this
  2. May have been me, snow tires on with brembos?
  3. saw two dgms yesterday one in natick with hids and another east bound on the pike, also hids....probably not on here
  4. Last week, I think like Wednesday was behind a red LGT from framingham to worcester on the pike west, you had hids....but I had a retro, lol...traffic got crappy so I eventually went in the first lane and ended up in front of you.
  5. Monday night at CVS in grafton, a white lowered legacy gt, I rode by behind you, snows on and all
  6. Saturday morning, DGM on 128 north near wakefield, I was in the Evo behind the lotus Espirit, we were cruising to a friends house.
  7. Yea, I didnt have them either, which was weird. My buddy who had a wrx with a full sti swapped motor, was very disgusted with the design on these gaskets in the legacy....then why I was contemplating what to do, I came across those online, which is the way his were set up on his car...so he was shocked to see the design on the legacy...There is enough clearance for me to slide these in there, and probably just leave the stock flush ones in there as well...only solution we could come up with, without removing entire manifold...
  8. The gasket is listed as an OEM part, used to come between the intake mani and the valves below, it was a one piece gasket on the STi's and WRX's, instead of 4 circle rings sitting flush on the upside of the mani, they sit flush and you tighten down the mani to the valves with the gasket in there... http://www.jscspeed.com/catalog/Subaru/05_09_Legacy_GT/Engine_Parts/Tumbler_Intake_Manifold_Gaskets_for_05_09_Subaru_Legacy_GT.html
  9. No, it's not possible in mine trust me. We had 2 people, and dental picks, etc...the fuel lines are maybe 1/4" above the manifold where it crosses over. Pass side was fine, took like 10 min, drivers said, forget...I am however just going to get the one piece gasket that sits between the mani and tumbler valves, there is no way I'm getting these ones out...are there instructions on removing the manifold? I searched on here, but the site sucks for searching things that you actually need.
  10. How the hell do you get enough clearance on the drivers side? I have about 1/4" clearance before I hit the fuel line, need help asap!
  11. Last night, route 9, tdbank, in shrewsbury, a newer style, 5th gen. White LGT, lowered, exhaust
  12. http://legacygt.com/forums/%5Bimg%5Dhttp://farm6.static.flickr.com/5260/5508313848_e3b9681ed8_z.jpgFinished this up last weekend, night and day difference. Sanded, painted black, with mdx projector bowls, and shields, as well as tsx-r glass. The pic of the cutoff is me holding the projector against the wall, the real cut off is amazing and will post pics of them on the car when the weather allows me to do so. 1 http://farm6.static.flickr.com/5260/5508313848_e3b9681ed8_z.jpg 2 http://farm6.static.flickr.com/5097/5508313430_8c44402f69.jpg 3 http://farm6.static.flickr.com/5215/5507715375_0156b0d224.jpg 4 http://farm6.static.flickr.com/5178/5507715453_429d9579a6.jpghttp://legacygt.com/forums/%3Ca%20href=%22http://www.flickr.com/photos/31031807@N04/5508313848/%22%20title=%22After%20by%20FourViewStudio,%20on%20Flickr%22%3E%3Cimg%20src=%22http://farm6.static.flickr.com/5260/5508313848_e3b9681ed8.jpg%22%20width=%22334%22%20height=%22500%22%20alt=%22After%22%20/%3E%3C/a%3E
  13. I got the connectors out, I'm talking about the actual wires that are run to the connectors, etc...(may be different on my 08 vs and 05-07, not sure) but I just baked them in the oven with the light, seemed fine, just pulled it apart and realized there was no way to get it out anyways, the connector wont fit through the grommet. These are a spare set of lights I bought anyways, so worse comes to worse I have an extra harness. Plus I may not be using these anyways as I am doing the MDX retro. So far so good, not to sand and black out. The most nerve racking part is over.
  14. how did everyone remove their wiring before baking? Cant get mine through the grommet, did you just cut them?
  15. I have heard mixed things about them, I suggest either Kaizen Tuning, who have worked on LGTs before, or Ashby Autosport (Synergy auto lab in NH), Tell them Paul (Myevodream) sent you. Nice, I work in Natick now, have for a couple of years, way better than boston and the commute I used to have, hell sometimes in the summer I actually take the Evo to work! We'll have to catch up soon man, been a long time
