  1. Sorry for another question: Is the latch mechanism the mechanical part inside the plastic cover on the actual look or something else (my english is not so good with these things)? The actuator I suppose is the small electrical engine with the plastic screw, or am I lost?
  2. is there any trix known to open the door? It has happened to me several times that the door locks and stays so for longer time, specially in winter and thats a real pain.
  3. correct, I also found that out yesterday evening when putting things together Thanks for your help
  4. I found this spring under my engine while stripping it to change to forged pistons. Where does the spring live?Skärmavbild 2019-11-01 kl. 14.07.46.pdf
  5. mine is the same between 1.900 and 2.050, not much power...over that I have loads (320 hp). I have lighten the flywheel myself like 2 kg.
  6. I had the same issue - left front door did not open for 2 month. After doing all that was recommended the door just opened 2 days ago, I have no idea why...I put everything apart but everything was perfectly clean. Put it together again and it seemed to work but the rod to outside handle did not move so good. I lubricated the lock mechanism, waited 5 min and now everything works excellent. Lubricated the other door locks as well just to prevent problem.
  7. Hi, is there a parts dealer close to Philadelphia or Aston? Looking for some hoses etc.
  8. Hi, can I ask you a question. I have cleaned the PCV valve, looked real clean and fine. My problem is that I have blown 2 crank oil seals. When checking the second one I could have pressed it in another 1,5 mm, maybe that is why it flipped out over the edge. Anyway, how can I check if pressure is too high in engine? A friend recommended me to take off the oil filling cap and check if its puffing. Is there a better way?
  9. Hi, Many thanks for uploading the sheets again. Would you suggest some additional changes on this as I am running on 95 octane, not 81 as I suppose you are doing in US?
  10. Hi, I would be soooo happy if you can upload the AVCS sheets again. I am to do the same on my car
