ABP LGT wagon with dealer plates still on and what looks to be the following mods: front lip, RBS grill?, lowered, tint?, and bronze rims? heading down Jackson ST in Hayward towards 880. This morning at around 9:30am. I was in the silver sedan passing you (late to work ).

Spotted this car again today going E-bound on 92 at around 6:30pm.

Spotted a Garnet Red Wagon on the San Mateo bridge this morning at 9ish. All rear emblems shaved except for the 2.5GT, aftermarket wheels, and a green out of state plate (Vermont? or some other V state maybe?). I was on my way to work and was running out of gas...in a silver sedan following over the bridge.
