Installed last night - took about 2 1/2 hours start to finish, although I still need to properly mount the switch since I didn't have an appropriate hole saw. Works awesome - I should have done it two years ago - thanks!

All I can tell you is: 2800# boat and trailer + steep boat ramp + 2005 LGT 5MT = cloud of stinky clutch smoke, and no movement. I think there was plenty of power there, but the clutch definitely was not up to the task. An automatic would probably have been fine. That's all I got.....

I finally got annoyed enough to do this mod - took about 20 minutes being extremely careful. It's awesome! Thanks so much for this hack, centerpunch, it makes my LGT so much nicer! Morgan
