hey, when you painted your whole grill matte black, did you sand it at all? to get the paint to stick to the chrome?

so i went stage 2?(2 washers on each bolt) today and i love it. also took out the intake silencer while i was at my friends house with him helping. probably the best dollar i've ever spent, it sounds amazing
