  1. Yeah dude, I sadly had to let her go. I needed to reduce payments and pick up some MPGs, so I got a great lease deal on an Accord Sport. I had to jump on it after they offered me the KBB value for my car, even after some minor body work. Anyway, it's all part of a 3 year plan to save a little money and get in a WRX or maybe a 7th Gen LGT! So yeah, I got some cables for sell, but I haven't priced them yet. I'd probably like to get about 75% of what they cost new, because I only used them a few times.
  2. I have a very lightly used set of Ecutek cables for sale if any of you guys are interested.
  3. Wow! You should do it. It's still just a little hard for me to fathom that a N/A engine, with just an intake, exhaust and ECU tune, would respond so much better than the LGT with the same mods, but that's just me.
  4. I'm really surprised that the quarter mile isn't more drastically improved on the 3.6 if you guys are able to shave nearly 1.5 sec. off stock 0-60, but yet the quarter mile time is still so close to stock (14.9).
  5. Yeah, that's what I'm thinking too. Kinda like the delayed throttle response at WOT when you take off from a dead stop. It's little things like this that makes it tough to accurately determine 0-60 times by using an app or using a stop watch. All these variables probably throws things off by at least .5 seconds, and everybody knows that's a big deal when it comes to 0-60 times.
  6. I think we are saying the same thing. When my speedo says 45, radar sign says 41-42. So basically, my speedo over estimates my speed, says I'm going faster than what the radar indicates.
  7. Nah, it's all stock. I've had a few other people notice the same thing on their Legacys too.
  8. If your 0-60 time is indeed a full 1.5 sec. better than stock, your 1/4 mile time should easily be in the low 13 sec. range. I hope the numbers add up, but I will say that I have noticed the our speedometers are not quite accurate. When I drive past those mobile signs that show your speed, I'm always going 3-5 mph slower than what my speedometer says I am.
  9. Awesome, bro. If you can do it, I'll be bustin' out the bubbly in your honor. Seriously, I know getting to the strip isn't easy for everyone, but I commend you for having the cojones to make it a priority!
  10. Well, considering stock is around 14.8, shaving an entire second off the quarter without a SC should be considered a major success!
  11. Just wait till you go to the strip and we'll see how fast you are. But hell, if you are anywhere near M3, M5, or even LGT Stage 1 territory with a few bolt on intake and exhaust mods, I'll happily eat crow and immediately start following your mod path! Either way, we both win!
  12. LOL! I'm just a lover scorned, I suppose. Seriously, I'm fully on board with your mod path, but until I have the cash and the resources to get a SC, I'm still on the fence about whether if the cost vs. benefit the CAI and the CBE are worth it or not. I suppose we'll know more if stevenc can hit the strip on the 15th.
  13. Not trying to be a "Doubting Thomas" but are you guys telling me it's safe to believe that our $30K cars (+10K worth of mods, including SC, Headers, CAI, CBE, Tune, Bils) can out run and out handle a $100K M5 BMW? In that case, Raptor should pay ItalianLegacy to take his beast to the track and put some numbers on paper so they can start making some cash! Trust me, I WANT to believe!!!
  14. Yeah, I can kinda see that with a SC, but I didn't think the OP was going that route. 3.6 sec. to 60 is pretty fast though.
  15. Smoke an M3? BMW? That thing does 0-60 in nearly 4 sec. flat! How will our cars do that?
