  1. yeah, nice to meet you the other day. sweet ride you have there. how did that tire look, anyways? as bad as they say? i think i'm going to have to get a tire shaved from tire rack...the wife doesn't think 4 new tires is in our future
  2. i looked into those before getting a yakima off craigslist...their website is pretty convincing as far as the noise goes!
  3. yeah, they make noise...i don't have a fairing (found they got in the way of attachments). usually starts up around 40 mph (again w/o fairing). lost about 3 mpg w/no attachments, little more w/them. good tradeoff, though, if you need the trunk/cabin space
  4. anyone here have a blue 4th gen lgt w/roof rack, hanging around diversey in lincoln park/lakeview? seen it around a few times...
  5. saw swp lgt around 87th st & roberts road in hickory hills the other day...work @ that corner...
  6. hey man, if you don't have time to ship out the deflector, that's fine w/me...just send the 50 bucks back and we'll be done.
  7. this! http://img59.imageshack.us/img59/8009/imag0377u.jpg legacy outback sedan?? complete with big a$$ fog lights....never seen one before! headed north on LSD today
  8. OBP, 05-07 with 08-09 rims...stuck in Obama's traffic on stevenson & LSD... took me an hour and a half to get home, with a normal 35 min drive time :spin:
  9. 05-07 blue LGT headed north on roberts rd, cross-drilled rotors, tint, nice exhaust!
  10. i like the look, though...too many people have the bars sticking way out beyond the rooflines. it's pretty much unusable bar space, anyways. is it more a fitment issue? in that case, i guess an extra inch on either side wouldn't be that bad. all the used racks i'm seeing are either 48" or huge...i could buy cheap Q's, and buy new bars, though
