  1. black 05-07' lgt, black wheels w/ red lugs, mudflaps, ecs tuned license plate holder. on i84 west between exits 68-65 at 7am on Monday the 20th.
  2. cruised with ~2005 black lgt cobb tuned and an exhaust (just like me) and gun metal wheels about 20 miles from west 84 --> 291 --> 91 north on friday.
  3. could have been me...black lgt, gold rims, exhaust, and black rally armor mud flaps with red letters?
  4. Pulled the tranny Out the car last night. Decided doing the rebuild myself might be too difficult. Think I'm gonna end up buying a used one with lower mileage through a local subie shop owner or find somewhere to get it rebuilt...mabye EFI
  5. no i dont have a press...i havent really done all of my research yet as to how im gonna rebuild it so i guess ill add that to the list haha. I might end up using him then if there are certain things required in the build out of my means, i live a couple towns over from windsor locks actually and go to school at uconn
  6. just had my 5th gear blow out while highway riding in cruise control. plan on doing the rebuild myself but i wont be able to for a week or so....to be continued
  7. not sure if this has been answered on here because there are 46 pages in this thread but heres my question: Ive read in many places that the 5mt tranny is only really safe up to around 300hp, I was wondering is this is referring to 300hp at the crank or to the wheels? and what about torque? edit: sorry i just realized that i posted this question in the "5EAT" instead of the 5mt thread by accident
  8. Just got my Aux-in in the mail and installed it! drilled a hole in the bottom of the arm rest and pulled the cord through. works good first try!
