  1. CAR IS SOLD!! Year, Make and Model: 2005 Subaru Legacy GT Wagon 5MT Color: White Pearl Miles: 98,650 Transmission: 5MT Title: Clean Lien: None Location: Santa Clarita, CA VIN: 423BP686756344560 Seller's email address: lniff@msn.com Asking Price: $9000 After many years of fun, ski trips, and bike races it's time for the automotive equivalent of a unicorn to go to a new home. 98,650 miles 2nd owner (since 2007 purchased Subaru CPO Program @ 37K) Passenger side airbag replaced in Takata recall. Driver side made by another company and didn't apply to recall. 105K Service - Timing Belt, Water Pump, Pulleys, etc completed in Aug 2019 less than 1000 miles ago. Also replaced RF driveshaft at the same time due to leaking CV boot. Oil changes every 3750 w/ Mobil 1 per Subaru recommendations for turbo engines - doesn't burn a drop -STi 5MT Wagon specific "Pink" springs on Bilstein HD dampers OZ / ProDrive 17" Wheels STi Strut Bar with SPT lower front arm brace STi 5MT Shift Knob specifically for LGT Llumar film tinted windows (UV filter clear on the front) Paint protection film on the leading 1/3 of the hood Otherwise STOCK - never any engine or turbo mods Never crashed, but left rear door / side panel repaired in 2016 due to an errant U-Haul trailer driver backing up and making small dent trying to back into the spot next to me. The dent was actually created by him smashing the drop bars on my road bike into the side of the car with the trailer. Repair was done very well and you probably couldn't pick it out if I didn't tell you it happened. Includes the following: Bridgestone Blizzak snow tires on OEM Wheels Subaru car cover Subaru cross bars HatchBag rear cargo area protector (installs/removes easily) Subaru cargo mat WeatherTech FR/RR Floor Liners two sets of new OEM carpet floor mats misc service parts (brake pads, clips, a pair of OEM fuel injectors, etc) I'll even throw in a Subaru flag! Records of all related parts purchases and maintenance included. I did most of the fluid changes myself and these were recorded in a book I keep in the glove box along with every time I ever bought gas for this car (totally anal, I know... my dad taught me this).
  2. Another victim... rear wiper stopped working out of nowhere. Pulled the boot and found the light green wire completely broken and two others with cracked insulation. Incidentally, this isn't my first rodeo on this type of failure, but NOT on my LGT Wagon. This exact issue occurred on my 1987 CRX Si I owned many years ago so to see it on another car wasn't a shocker. I also submitted a complaint to NHTSA as suggested and just ordered a new wire harness from Chaplin Subaru in Washington. Incidentally, this is the exact dealership we purchased our 2011 Forester 5MT Premium from 4 years ago. Flew up there from LA and drove it back. Had an excellent experience with them so was happy to buy parts from them instead of my full price Subaru dealer a mile from my house.
  3. Quick question - I'm putting together the Bilstein / STi Pink suspension for my '05 LGT MT Wagon. The same setup that you posted a couple of years ago. I just wanted to confirm that there is NO front bumpstop used with the Bilstein HD damper. From the graphics, it appears there is one on the standard LGT damper, but not the Spec B "inverted" style. Thanks!
