  1. I'd pretty much agree with this, with the exception of two-driver cars. I've had pretty toasty brakes on certain courses in this situation. As I said, it's not the norm, but...
  2. What does this setup run $$-wise? Also, why use the Legacy lens and not the RX330?
  3. Silver LGT wagon, eastbound Hwy 16... spotted you at the last second just past WCTC, went to wave... might've been too late.
  4. ABP GT sedan with spoiler parked at MetalTek in Waukesha. Anyone?
  5. Yep... mine is bone stock, minus struts/springs. BTW... where did you get yours tinted?
  6. Ah.... were you headed to Indy? I had the white LGT wagon loaded with people/stuff to head down for the USGP. Anyway, your car looked good! And lowered?
  7. Black LGT wagon, plate of SCV... NOT from the midwest. Passed on the way to the USGP...
  8. http://forum.e46fanatics.com/images/smilies/thumb.gif Yep, your car looked so good, I had to get a closer look. Nice tint, nice neutral density tails and nice wheels. http://forum.e46fanatics.com/images/smilies/thumb.gif I was going to pull up and give you a thumbs-up as I pulled even with you, but then I looked forward and had to jump on the binders... as that's what the guy in front of me was doing.
  9. Spotted a ABP wagon exiting at Hwy 164 from East 94 at about 7:30 AM on Friday in WI... bearded gent driving.
  10. Spotted a silver LGT wagon (possible Illinois plates) headed West on I-94 just west of Hwy 100 in Milwaukee at about 8:30 on Tuesday 4/4. Anyone?
  11. Bit of a cross post, but I was too n00b to notice this sticky Anyone here that I spotted in I-94 West around Brookfield WI on Monday, Mar. 20 at about 5 pm? I was in the white LGT base model wagon, you were in the Atlantic Blue base model GT wagon. It was nice to have the LGT owner actually make eye contact and a knowing thumbs-up today... most of the LGTs I see have older chicks driving them and they'd probably think I was a psycho or something if I did that. Also nice to see another base wagon. Oh, and I also spotted a base model LGT Regal Blue wagon at the Brookfield Sears on Friday the 17th. This car had ASA JH3 wheels with Michelin PA2s on it... I almost went with the ASAs, and after seeing your car, I'm sorry I did not... they looked good!
  12. To be honest, I thought the car felt like it was running rich during the medium throttle 2.5k-3.2k zone. Backing off the gas slightly smoothed it out. Plus, it was always far worse after the car had been sitting overnight, when it runs on a richer "cold" map anyway. So I decided to use something that I thought might ignite a bit quicker than the 93 I'd been using. 91 is not available in my area. A tank and a half of 89 later, and the stutter is almost gone. 3 tanks later, I'm noticing no power loss and a much diminished stutter. I really think the thing just runs pig rich on medium throttle applications in that 2.5k-3.2k zone. So 89 has helped my stutter. FWIW, YMMV, etc.
  13. That's it!! Me too... Everyone, quick, don't take the LGT through a drive through!
  14. Happened to me once on the day after I got the car. I stalled it, refired (never turning off the ignition all the way) and then noticed radio was not playing. Cycled the ignition and never have seen it happen again since.
