  1. Hi all, The driver's side control of my front passenger window doesn't work on my 2015 legacy. The passenger side rocker can operate the window. All other windows can be raised/lowered from the driver's side (including rear). Is it broken or is there something simple I should be doing? Thanks, Sarah
  2. I think these pics show carbide gray pretty accurately. It's a true grey (subtle hint of blue). Twilight blue is more elusive and looks different in different lights, harder to capture in photos. But this may help you with carbide gray, at least. http://www.cars101.com/subaru/legacy/legacy2015photos1.html
  3. FYI, I was afraid it would be a baby blue, too, but it isn't.
  4. Carbide gray looks more blue in pictures than in real life. It does have a bit of blue in it, but it's subtle, IMO. You are right that the twilight looks brighter in a bright light than in other conditions. I still wouldn't call it a baby blue. It's definitely a gray blue, but there's a hint of blue/purple flash in some lights. Have you seen them in person? I went with twilight, literally, because that's what the dealer had in stock. I really wanted a color, not a grey, silver, or black. So that's what they had. I couldn't wait for factory because my old car was totaled and I was in a rental. I have grown to love the color, although I didn't love it at first (I actually thought it was too flat).
  5. Yup, I'm envious. But I've learned to love the twilight.
  6. I feel for you. I didn't get my first choice either, because my car was totaled and I had to go with what they had on the lot. So I'm in a twilight blue one even though I really wanted a red. And the funny thing is, when I see a red one now, i don't pine for it at all. So it just goes to show that a different color can grow on you!
  7. Red newer (probably 2015) legacy on Beverly road in Brookline, MA. Also saw a 2015 lapis Outback parked on Wallis Road today.
  8. I'm afraid I have lapis envy. Anyone able to convince me I love twilight?!

  10. I would definitely say more steel blue. But you kind of have to see it. Check out the cars101 site for pics.
  11. Yeah, it doesn't make sense. It's just as easy for them to make a car with a slate interior--the exterior color shouldn't matter. I personally like the ivory, but a lot of people want an easy care interior or just prefer the slate.
  12. Sometimes I wonder if I should have tried harder to snag a lapis or a venetian red (again, I gravitate toward the vibrant colors) but often I really appreciate the subtlety of the twilight blue. It's definitely more interesting than gray to my eye. And very different from the color of my previous car.
