  1. Cobb is required as OS doesn't have the robust support for flex fuel.
  2. Well then I guess i did mine incorrectly to your standards. As mine is a usdm harness and ecu with no exhaust cam control. I'm seeing much better mpg then a ej255 due to the higher CR and lower engine volume. Power, and drivability are no different than a ej255 $735 picked up with a 30 day warranty hard to beat. I love the ej20x its like a baby fa20 to me. Flex fuel or some methanol and it'll hurt some feels. -9.5:1 CR -7300/7500 rev limit
  3. I have swapped plenty of these. Lot of bad info out there. There is no reason to swap any cams or gears. You can use the long block just the way it is with the USDM harness. Thus there is no connectors for the exhaust avcs and they simply run in there default position. This swap is popular because 20x is dirt ass cheap and holds its own against ej25.
  4. Hello, Now that legacy's are supported we should let you all know we sell a plug and play ethanol sensor kit (flex fuel). This consists of a innovate ethanol sensor, and gauge/controller, which is fully terminated for direct PNP install. The controller is safely located in the cabin keeping it very reliable. It is setup by default to output its 0-5 volt signal into the left TGV sensor location, however this could be changed to another position as well (right tgv or rear O2). Includes barb fuel fittings as well. Tuning not included, but I could certainly discount for members here. Requires: -Fuel System adequate E85 (larger injectors/pump) -Cobb V3 AP -Logable Wideband (which we also sell) Cost: $399 http://nebula.wsimg.com/a534e98ce0fe3248d8974a7316b10110?AccessKeyId=97E47D3129B082ACABF2&disposition=0&alloworigin=1 http://www.tuningalliance.com/ta-flex-fuel-pnp-kit.html
  5. How are the cam and crank sensors configured? Surprised it runs on that ecu.
