  1. The line was actually broken at the flare, right at the pump. pump wasn't very noisy, debating as right now rock auto has a rack and a pump for like 300 if i buy both. Might be a good time to get it back like new.
  2. Got new front pads, found out the rear brake line was plugged up, bled the rear brakes, new rear rotors. Went out to bed in the brake pads, working good, but i lost my power steering again. It had a leak in the high pressure outlet of the pump, put in a new line and it was working for awhile. The pump now sounds strangely quiet, any way to test and see, i don't see any leaks or puddles, and there is plenty of fluid.
  3. I fixed my power steering pressure hose which had split at the flare. Nice to have power steering.
  4. You could ship to my address i would just need you to pay for shipping up to canada.
  5. Alright guys wondering if you could render an opinion for me again. I put the timing belt on the cruck today but it looks like i'm off on the pass camshaft and the crank mark. I just decided to give it up for today and will probably readjust tomorrow, but what do you guys think from the pictures. pictures 2 and 3 are the drivers side which i think is right the bottom two pics are the pass side which looks off but moving it a whole tooth might make it worse.
  6. Your wagon makes me unnaturally happy. The wheels, stance on that car are awesome.
  7. I did buy the whole timing belt kit with all new idlers and belt. I can't afford a water pump right now but i did get the oil pump seal.
  8. Can someone give me a feelgood that i am lining this up right. I read the fsm but the pictures are not clear. It's the crank sprocket mark and the oil pump. Want to make sure i understand it. http://i299.photobucket.com/albums/mm311/scoobydoo731/2013-05-24114218_zps1a86b9e3.jpg' alt='2013-05-24114218_zps1a86b9e3.jpg'>
  9. Started work on the cruck today, timing had jumped at some point marks were off, took out the rad and timing covers, had ball bearings rolling out from inside the timing cover and then found this idler pulley, pretty sure i found the problem. http://i299.photobucket.com/albums/mm311/scoobydoo731/2013-05-24110309_zps52ec975d.jpg' alt='2013-05-24110309_zps52ec975d.jpg'>
  10. There is probably a vss created in the gauge cluster. Thats the way my old integra works, I think there has to be a vss or the cruise control wouldn't work.
  11. Got my STI struts and springs put in finally. Now i'm wondering if i need to switch to wrx or some such thing brake lines since the strut clips are different up front. What a pain it was to put in, but def rides better now. Rolled over 250k miles this week put in a new air filter and got all the lug nuts to match up.
  12. So i never seafoamed before and didn't figure it would really help much. Man i'm a convert now. Before i ran the seafoam, the car would not idle at all cold, would stall when rpm's came down from cold start. After seafoaming, the problem is completely gone.
  13. Fixed my oil leak by changing the oil filler 0-ring, pulled and cleaned the maf, and seafoamed through the pcv valve, and dumped the rest in the gas tank.
