Looking for a good home; don’t have the time/resources to give this car the TLC it needs. Purchased from the original owner in mid-2015 from Cincinnati, OH. Have paperwork from him to show that the HG & clutch was replaced.
Runs OK now, but is throwing misfire codes & will stall out due to an intake and exhaust valve being bad (P0301 & P0304). Needs to be towed to its new home.
Was quoted a valve job and it’s estimated about $2,200.
Other bads:
-Exterior: Driver side rear quarterpanel rust spot, small chips/dents outer body, dirty headlight, & trunk plastic cracked
-Interior: Dual Moonroof not fully functional, rear passenger window not working, & front leather seats upholstery worn/torn
-Passenger side CV Axel boot torn, (including replacement boots)
-Accident: front end hit trailer hitch. All parts/labor to fix done at Subaru in 2017. Incl. bumper, hood, radiator, belt, driver side light, etc
Add-ons since I had the car:
-Perrin Turbo Inlet
-Rebuilt JmP custom VF-40
-Invidia Catless Uppipe
-Grimspeed Downpipe Limited Catted, wrapped but coming undone (leftover wrap included).
-Invidia Q300 Catback
-Grimmspeed master cylinder brace
-Deatschwerks DW65c fuel pump
-Whiteline Rear LCA kit
-Stoptech SS brakelines
-KYB Rear Struts
-HTech Springs (rear saggy butt spacers)
-Cobb dual adjustable short throw shift kit (shifter & front/rear bushings)
-KillerB shift knob
-Redline shift boot (will include e-brake boot, but I’ve been looking to replace the center console before installing)
-Volt HID headlight kit
-Leptronix Aux mod
-JDM rain visors
Misc parts replaced within the last couple of years:
-Battery
-Rotors & pads
-Front & rear wheel hubs
-Tires
-Power steering pump
-Dashboard (Subaru warranty recall)
-Airbags (Subaru warranty recall)
-Engine & cabin filters
Great car. I moved with it loaded cross-country from the southern east coast to the PNW in late 2016, over 3,000 miles in less than a week. Wouldn’t hesitate to do it again (if it didn’t have the current valve issues).
