  1. It's good to see that the VID hasn't killed off some of you gais.
  2. This is now FREE. If no one picks up 10 November, it goes in the trash.
  3. SOLD $10 picked-up. Buyer pays shipping Cleaning out my garage and have this brand new clutch line that I planned on installing on the specB but never got around to doing the work. SKU: 24222-CLU-STI Buyer should verify that this fits their application before purchasing Condition: New Reason for Selling: I don't have the car anymore
  4. SOLD! $20 picked up, willing to ship at buyers cost. These were taken off the car with around 70k miles on them. Pads with good life on them.
  5. $20 picked up This is in good condition. It looks like the top right corner was slightly trimmed back to fit an aftermarket blow off valve.
  6. +1 do this. Be sure to take pics of the edges where panels meet. When they completed the work I noticed a nick on the edge of the dashboard. I couldn't remember if it existed before they started work on it. Not a big deal either way, it was really small. But if I knew for a fact that they caused it, they'd be fixing/replacing it
  7. I just bought a bunch of organizing systems for my garage between black Friday and today. There will be some transforming happening before the end of the year. - Hang Overhead shelving - Install 240v outlet for Plug-in charger - Install custom shelving - Hang wall organization tracks I attempted to do the overhead shelving myself, but ran into an issue where the joists didn't line up to the standard overhead mounting system. I'll need to put up some custom mounting making use of some wall cleats. I'm also paying some guy in my neighborhood to install some custom shelving in my garage. I'd do it myself if I had the tools. He quoted me $500 for his labor, and materials. Once I get everything off the floor I plan on epoxying the garage floor. After the floor is done I'll go back over the garage and finish the walls. Finishing the floor and the walls probably won't happen until spring/summer of 2017
  8. If anyone needs the thinner nuts to lock your tie-rods down, lmk. I had bought a pack of them. Send me a PM and I'll mail you a pair if you pay for shipping.
  9. Yes it was necessary to ensure you have full adjustability down to the last thread on the tie-rod. There isn't a lot of room for adjustability with the tie rod ends because the point where the threads start on the STi tie-rods are further out than on the LGT. I sourced mine from a wrecked STi whose parts were on ebay . It came with the STi u-joint too! The most difficult part for me was bleeding the system. It took me a number of tries to get all of the air out of the system. At first I did my best to bleed the system without the motor on. Once I got all of the air out that I could, I turned the car on and the fluid started to "froth". I checked all the connections for leaks and there were none. I had to turn the car on and off a number of times to bleed the system and allow the "froth" to dissipate. After the froth was gone, I drove it around and the system continued to bleed air as I drove around the block. The second difficult part, which wasn't so difficult... Do make sure you center your steering wheel before you pull off the old steering rack, and keep it centered at all times. Also, be sure to center the new steering rack before installation. Mating it up with the U-joint and ensuring both the steering wheel and rack are centered will be a slight challenge.
  10. The STi one mounts up just fine to a LGT, not sure about OBXT. The STi u-joint came with the '15 rack I bought off ebay last year
