  1. I removed and installed the dipstick tube with the engine still in while I was replacing the pan and pickup. I just used a cloth wrapped around the tube with visegrips lightly attached. Hammered up on the vise grips to detach tube from pan and then wiggle it up and out. Getting the tube back down to the pan was a bit harder but do-able and I used a little grease on the O-ring to help it slide in. Edit--- Of course there is one bolt holding the dipstick tube in place. I was assuming this bolt is removed.

  10. Spotted a red fourth gen LGT with Mass plates at High Altitude ski shop in West Dover VT (Mount Snow). Looked stock.
  11. Spotted a blue or black (dirty) LGT with red multispoke wheels (looked like spec B's) on route 100 in Wilmington Vt. I just pulled into my shop in my LGT.
  12. Oil light came on on the dyno a few times. We shut it down after 30 min. on the dyno. Loaded up on the trailer and there was a nice loud knocking. Dropped the oil when we got back and it looks like some nice metallic flake paint. He used a STI oil pump, killer b pickup. Havent talked to him yet today so I dont know what he found.....
