  1. Anyone know much about the Jim Keras dealer in Memphis TN? We just moved to the area a couple months ago so I haven't even visited the dealer yet.
  2. Ahhh I didn't see details about a recall on my sticky dash! Initially I just thought there was something else going on because it was only by the front vents. now almost my whole dash is sticky any chance a Subaru dealer would still warranty the replacement a couple years after the recall ended?
  3. I'm not sure if I will have many before pictures but we're renovating a townhouse to rent out and have pretty much gutted/touched every piece of it so far except the exterior....this is going to be fun....
  4. Second on this one. It really depends on the two as a couple and as individuals. I've been with my wife since I was 16 she 15, now 31. We got "engaged" in college and officially engaged after I graduated and started working. We've had our ups and downs but mostly ups. What KRB says is true, if there's a lot of "me" stuff that each of them want to do it will be very difficult to keep things working as relationships are supposed to be 100% from each party.

  6. I'm starting to have flashbacks from my reno. Luckily I didn't end up paying for Waste Management to come pick them up. Someone was driving around and asked for the metal from the bags. We told them they can have the metal and $100 if they haul everything to the dump for us. For the scrap metal and $100 we had 4 bags removed that afternoon
  7. Nice, I did the same thing for my garden bed
  8. I'd do the whole thing at once if you can. My dad and I did my kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room floors in a day (approximately a 14x30 area). Granted we used 16inch tile so there wasn't a whole lot of tile to put down but the hard part isn't putting it down. The hard part is in making the cuts to work around various things like doors, vents, and edges.
  9. LOL I just finished my tile backsplash a couple weeks ago too. film is mostly gone now After working on the tile for 3 weekends my wife looked at me and said "I think february's project should be an easy one..."
  10. Interesting...when I bought my house it still had the 2-prong "grounded" outlets rather than 3 prong. So I went through and changed them all to tamper resistant three prong outlets with the ground facing down. I guess I'm just used to the "face-like" look of the ground down. I didn't care either way but thats just how I installed them. Ah well Passed inspection when I had my house reinspected after all the electrical, structural, and plumbing work I did to it.
  11. This looks sweet. I wish I had a basement...or even the possibility of a basement. Darn water table is too high in Virginia Beach
  12. I agree with you, it's weird that they would have had a different part for one year but I'm inclined to believe that the 07 was a strange year for them. Yes, the 05-06 mt wheel is the same as the spec b and 5eat wheel except for the space for the buttons. The 07mt wheel was definitely thicker than the spec b wheel I have now. I don't think it even said momo on it but I don't remember exactly.
  13. Which is different from the regular 5mt wheel.... We're talking about two different wheels! :-P
  14. Yes the specB wheel is different than the 07 LGT wheel.
  15. I don't have pictures of my old wheel but if I remember correctly the 07 5MT wheel was fatter than the 05 and 06 5MT momo wheel.
