It was more of a what if question. Subaru engines have been swapped into Porsche 914's as well as Volkswagen Vanagons, buses, bugs and dune buggies so why not swap something different into a Subaru?

Since we are talking engine swaps what about a Porsche flat six, say 3.6 or even 3.8 liter into a Legacy?
