  1. I have my black leather interior out of my05 lgt limited. Its in decent shape. I don't need to trade cause I am parting my car out . Shipping is last resort . Pick up prefered. I'm in Wichita Kansas
  2. Ipt did stuff for 5eat before he started making them for the 5eat. So 4eat should be next on the agenda
  3. will the 2011 sti transmission work the same as the 06+ for fitment with the stock rear end? What about the shifter assemble? Thanks guys
  4. So The stock will handle around 550whp?
  5. any of you guys consider a one piece driveshaft? Thinking that would be the way to go .
  6. ok guys. I'm picking up a wrx that has a 6spd swap done to it so I can swap trannys out of it into my lgt. Is there any stamps in the tranny to tell what year it came out of? Thanks
  7. your car is a beast.... Nice build . I only get on here once every few months and seeing this type of time out of an unusual setup makes me happy . Nice job
  8. someone has gotten to run 11's by now . I was just a non driving fool when I had my car . Stock exaust and suspension didn't help much . Also alot of the problems I had back when I had mine delt with the fact that no clutch was available to handle the power I was making . So track days were clutch bar-b-que days for me . So much fun to run on redline all the way down the track . I assume there are better clutches for the lgt by now ?
  9. This sounds like the stock sti that I test drove (very hard ). Every time I would shift gears or launch the car hard it sounded like someone hitting the floor board with a hammer. Tranny mounts reduce this problem.
  10. I am thinking it could also be our weak tranny mount. I will be changing this out and looking to change out all bushings dealing with the rear diff. I can produce this sound in all gears. Under heavy acceleration it is very loud and sounds like rubber stretching and grunting . It is a little scarry going down the track listening to this noise which cant be good. I may be wrong and I'm sure someone will step in if I am, but when you lower your car and/or stiffen up the springs you reduce the squat and the torque that goes to creating this squat now looks for other weak spots to bend and twist. My guess is this torque is having lots of fun with bushings and mounts on our driveline. This is just a guess, but sure does sound good .
  11. my car averages around 30 per gallon. I get 32 mpg on the highway at about 72mph and I average high 20s in the city as long as I don't have to give it alot of gas. The big turbo helps out alot... I told the wife it was a gas saving mod....
