just sand em down nd a coupe layers of black rim paint....or any choice of color you want...

hey man i have a question. on your 97 legacy did you paint your rims? If so how did you do it? cause i have a 99 and i want to get black rims but im not sure if i want to buy new rims or just paint the ones i already have on.
