It's nice down there. I live in Jacksonville...about 4 hours NE from Bradenton. I used to go to Sarasota outside of Bradenton...lots of old people but a lot to offer. Close to Tampa and Orlando...better than Miami and FLL (theyre both like Beirut)..I'd say go for it. Gonna sell more boats?
