Just an FYI, the STi door sills pictured in the Legacy brochure accessory section is now available. Part number is E1010AG010 and it list for $289. The kit includes black plastic door sills with a black and silver metal plate embossed with the STi logo. Nice looking once installed, except I don't have any pictures of it, sorry.

I saw these in a brochure and they look pretty cool. Maybe once my Legacy GT rivals an STi in all-around performance I'll add those. :D

That price is dealer list, you all know how that works. Usually they'll try and make their sale when selling the car and customers will work in another $300 in to their final purchase price. On the other hand, some people don't ever shop around the after market and buy whatever the dealer offers.

If an online dealer had them in the ~150 range, I'd consider it- they are nice looking.

that's insane. i like the standard door sills in the legacy limited. that's what i'll get. we don't have an sti. it'll just look like we're trying too hard.

Sorry BB to repeat your post, but here some 'clearer' pics of the sills.
The cost here in japan is about 20,000 Y , which IIRC works out at about U$200
