Ooh, where'd they get you by airplane? I didn't know they did that here.

Yeah, I got caught on the 5 up by Mukilteo- radar at dark. I probably should have fought it too. I wasn't even trying to drive fast!

Good luck!

three words.... plea in abeyance. I don't know if you can do it on two tickets at once, but as long as they are in seperate courts you could get away with it. You'll still have to pay the fines, but at least you won't get the points or the insurance hike.

If you are going to fight it then I would get a traffic lawyer like beatcoaster said. I've had PrePaid Legal since 1997 and would feel naked without it. It pays for itself all the time and is especially helpful in cases like traffic tickets. Not one ticket has hit my record or my insurance in the last several years thanks to them. :)

If you haven't already heard of her, you should check out Jeannie Mucklestone.

I got ticketed on I-5 near Shoreline early on a Sunday morning, nabbed by laser going almost 20 over, and I stupidly admitted to the cop I knew I was speeding. The ticket alone was just under $200 and I think Jeannie charged $350 to go to court and fight it for me. I'm not sure how she did it, but I got a letter in the mail a few days after my court date saying that once she presented her argument the state didn't have a strong enough case against me and that the ticket was dropped.

So, I've got only good stuff to say about Jeannie and I would use her again in a heartbeat...it was money well spent to keep my insurance down.

I feel your pain!! It is too easy to drive a little fast in these cars!!! I also own a 98 Corvette convert and a 04 Z06... I find myself more apt to get ticketed in the Subie than the other two cars.... I wish the LGT wasn't so much fun to drive!!!
