What exhaust is this?

I got the picture from this site or someone here referencing another site and I have been searching for the last 45 minutes to no avail. I am assuming it is a JDM Legacy option. I want to try to find out what site has them and for how much. Probably an arm and a leg but the profit sharing cheque is in the mail.

Looks really short. The muffler is the short part.

It doesn't look like it will fit our bumper, since it's a bit longer than the JDM one. But since that dual tip looks like any attachable tip, I'm sure you can extend the pipe a bit somehow through welding or something.

That's what i was thinking, extend the tips. I would like a sound clip.

Where would one find titanium tips like that, maybe 2 1/2" so it would fit the cut outs nicely?
