Mike and I would like to welcome our latest visitors from legacygt.com to the Subaru plant in Lafayette Indiana. They are watching the lastest promotional material which has never been seen by the public before. Cut-aways of the Outback and our fabulous turbo boxer engine. A special treat will be a chance to get in serial no. 39 B9 Tribeca. A plant tour will follow. Again welcome and enjoy.

Thanks Mike and all those who made it possible for us to get into SIA and see where our vehicles are made! Special thanks to Rob for working his contacts to get in!

Was nice to be able to turn the keys on a new B9 Tibeca, see new promotional materials, and see the processes of our cars making it from sheet metal and other raw materials to the finished product.

If we got to have another tour, I'd love to be able to see engine assembly and the test grounds. :) Too bad we can't see what little project vehicles are sitting around on the grounds. :p Thank you for giving us the option at a later date to have a meet on the grounds. I think we should try to set something up for this summer, a big meet with a lot of Legacy & OB owners from across the country. :D

Thanks again all who made it possible! And Ted is one cool roommate!

Cheers,
Seth

I didn't take any, so whenever the others get home, I'll get them up if they don't want to host them on their private space or on here. :)

It was fun and met some really cool people. Our hosts were pretty cool people!

Sorry, I don't have pics either, but it was a very cool trip. Lack of sleep due to LITs and talking to Seth didn't help the drive home though... :p

On an interesting note, I am surprised no one mentioned the Blistein we DID NOT see while we were there. Apparently they had a 05 Blitzen there under lock and key. I spoke with the PR (?) lady walking with us and she said that they had one there in order to investigate a small (500) run of USDM Blitzens!!!!!

Oh well, it was a lot of fun and everyone was fun. (Even my roomate  )

Thanks Ted!

I wasn't sure if I should mention the Blitzen, but since the cat's out of the bag, guess we can talk about it in here a little bit.

Okay guys, it's Saturday, I'm home, I wanna see pictures! :D Oh well, ice racing tomorrow. :p

I'll make the trip from DC, especially if we can arrange a second tour!
